Mr. Joydeep Choudhury is the Executive Director (Projects), Refineries Division at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New Delhi. A Mechanical Engineer from Regional Engineering College, Calicut, he joined IndianOil in 1992 at Haldia Refinery and has since worked in Haldia, Mathura and Panipat Refineries. With over 30 years of experience, including two decades in refinery maintenance and 13 years in project management, he has led several landmark initiatives such as Asia’s first 2G ethanol project from paddy straw, the world’s first 3G ethanol project from refinery gases, BS-VI fuel quality upgradation, and major revamp projects in petrochemicals and catalysts. Since 2023, he has been heading projects across IOCL refineries and is presently handling the implementation of the P-25 expansion, Poly Butadiene Rubber and Green Hydrogen projects at Panipat Refinery as well as expansion projects at Barauni, Guwahati and Digboi Refineries of IOCL. Mr. Choudhury has joined IAVL Board with effect from 29^th August 2025.

Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain is a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, with additional training from IIM Ahmedabad. A seasoned finance professional with over 28 years in the Oil & Energy industry, Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain is currently serving as Chief General Manager (Finance), at the Marketing Division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. His expertise includes fuel marketing, new energy infrastructure, digital transformation, ERP management, corporate finance and risk management.

Mr. Pranav Choudhary holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysis of India’s Business School. He has over two decades of experience in the ports and infrastructure sector.

Director, Finance

Mr. Manoj Kumar Borad, Finance Director, is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of Industry experience in the Oil & Gas Sector. He joined Indian Oil in 1994 and has handled many core areas of Finance including Management Accounting, Taxation, Product Accounting & Inventory Management, Product profitability etc. He has worked in Import Terminal, State Office, Regional Office and Head Office of IOC Marketing Division. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in finalizing the product sale / purchase agreements / MoUs with Oil Marketing Companies, Stand-alone-Refineries and Fractionators and Ministry coordination for implementation of Government notified schemes.  He has also played a vital role in centralization of various finance activities for uniformity and to improve efficiency.

Managing Director

Capt. Anubhav Jain is the MD of IndianOil Adani Ventures. Prior to joining IAVL, he had 11 plus years in the field of Port operations at Adani Ports and SEZ which includes marine bulk and container terminal, new terminal development, SPM operations and pilotage. He was a Master Mariner and Marine Pilot with sailing experience of more than 11 years on different kinds of ships serving as Cadet to Master. He is a qualified Master (FG) certified from Govt of India.

Anubhav’s interests include reading, music, trekking and travel.
